Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing the audit service provided by ImpactSeo.ca on the website ImpactSeo.ca.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION (The $97 Audit)
The service offered is a 48-Hour Express Technical SEO Audit. This is a one-time diagnostic service that includes:
- A PDF report (4-6 pages) detailing critical technical, On-Page SEO, and Design/UX errors.
- A list of 3 prioritized, actionable recommendations.
This service does NOT include:
- Implementation of the recommendations.
- Ongoing consulting or monthly retainer services.
- Any form of web design or coding work.
2. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- The fee for the Express Audit is $97 CAD (Plus taxes) and is due in full at the time of booking.
- Given the nature of the service (delivery of specialized, intellectual property), all sales are final and non-refundable once the audit report has been delivered.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL SECTION)
You acknowledge and agree that:
- I am providing recommendations only. I make no warranty or guarantee regarding the actual results of implementing these recommendations, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, or sales increases.
- My liability for any claim arising out of the audit service is strictly limited to the cost paid for the audit ($97 CAD). I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- I am not responsible for any changes or actions taken by third parties, including Google algorithm updates or changes made by your own developer or team.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the audit report delivered to you is your property to implement. However, all content on the Site (text, logos, design) remains the intellectual property of ImpactSeo.ca.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
